1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kj999 website accessible at https://kj999.ws, including all web pages, services, games, betting markets, and features made available through that domain.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player to access kj999 services.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered a kj999 Account and is aged 21 years or above.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player into their kj999 Account for the purpose of placing bets or playing casino games.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by kj999 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that must be placed using a Bonus Balance before that balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all financial transactions on the kj999 Platform.
• "Game Providers" means the third-party software studios whose games are hosted on the kj999 Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the time zone used for all time-sensitive determinations on the Platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the kj999 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By completing the account registration process, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. kj999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The kj999 Platform is operated for players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. kj999 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all locations.

2.3 Registration Process

To open a kj999 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one kj999 Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. kj999 will close all duplicate accounts and may withhold any funds held within them pending investigation.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kj999 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kj999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such unauthorised access results from your failure to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.2 Account Verification

kj999 may require you to complete an identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time at our discretion. Verification documents may include a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or mobile wallet statement. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by kj999 may result in temporary account restrictions.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to kj999, both at registration and during any subsequent verification process, is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure.

3.4 Account Currency

All kj999 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kj999 does not support multi-currency accounts. All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, betting stakes, and winnings are expressed in BDT.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kj999 accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi mobile wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels may be introduced or discontinued at kj999's discretion. The current list of accepted payment methods is always displayed on the kj999 deposit page.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply on a per-transaction or per-day basis depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. kj999 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your kj999 Account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit has not appeared in your Account within 30 minutes of completing the transaction, please contact kj999 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Deposit of Own Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your kj999 Account are your own legally earned money and are free from any criminal origin. kj999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit originating from a payment account not registered in your own name may be reversed and your kj999 Account suspended pending investigation.

4.5 No Deposit Fees

kj999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. kj999 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals from your kj999 Account are available once your identity has been verified in accordance with Section 3.2 of this Agreement. kj999 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

5.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same mobile wallet account used for your most recent qualifying deposit. kj999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not associated with your registered mobile number, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on your account.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

kj999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. kj999 is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving mobile wallet provider.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. kj999 reserves the right to adjust the minimum withdrawal amount and will communicate any changes to players in advance.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Balance funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited. Winnings generated from bonus play that exceed any stated maximum withdrawal cap will not be eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms Application

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and any other promotional incentives offered by kj999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus offers carry a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be bet before a withdrawal of any associated winnings can be made. Contributions from different game categories towards wagering requirements may vary and will be specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from your account. kj999 is under no obligation to notify you individually before a bonus expires.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

kj999 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers. Determination of bonus abuse rests solely with kj999.

6.5 One Bonus at a Time

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active in your kj999 Account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active will result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the kj999 Platform are supplied by certified third-party Game Providers using independently audited random number generators (RNGs). The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by kj999 or any player. kj999 is not responsible for and has no control over the outcome of any individual game round.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on kj999, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other available sports, are governed by the specific betting rules displayed within the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of a technical error, odds being published incorrectly, or an event being cancelled, kj999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

7.3 Insufficient Funds

kj999 will not allow bets or wagers that exceed your available Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance. Any attempt to place a bet without sufficient funds will be declined automatically by the Platform.

7.4 Cancellation of Bets

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the kj999 Platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. kj999 may cancel bets at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud, system error, or manifest pricing error.

7.5 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, kj999 will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-round state where possible. If restoration is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kj999 Platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one Account or registering using false identity information;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in the Platform or any game;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider information betting, or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money;
• Allowing or facilitating another person to use your kj999 Account;
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening kj999 staff or other players;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool or limit applied to your account.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Privacy and Data Protection

By creating a kj999 Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kj999 implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform and all financial transactions. Your personal data and financial information are stored on secure servers and are never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the kj999 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, and software, is the property of kj999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the kj999 Platform without the express prior written consent of kj999. Game content supplied by Game Providers remains the intellectual property of the respective provider.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kj999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

kj999's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your kj999 Account at the time the relevant claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

kj999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kj999 is not responsible for any loss arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your kj999 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, kj999 will process any eligible pending withdrawals before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by kj999

kj999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account by kj999 for breach of this Agreement, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, kj999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance. Where no breach is confirmed, eligible funds will be returned to your registered payment method.

14 Amendments to These Terms

kj999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, kj999 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than 14 days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the kj999 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the kj999 Platform, you agree to first contact kj999 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution.

kj999 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of a mutually agreed dispute resolution process. Nothing in this clause limits kj999's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
